Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the company’s ERP platform, ensuring accurate and up-to-date services.
- Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related problems.
- Manage user data, roles, and credentials within the ERP platform.
- Recommend best practices and solutions to optimize ERP performance, preferably with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure business requirements are met.
- Support data flow and integration between related platforms.
Requirements:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in ERP system development and implementation, ideally with MS Dynamics Business Central.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and/or project management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum B2-level English proficiency.
