Description

For our customer – a quickly-evolving international company, we are looking for an Account Opening Officer

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Processing applications for the opening of new client’s accounts into the Company’s software.
  • Actively using third-party verification systems or others for the verification of clients according to Company’s procedure.
  • Ensuring that all necessary documentation and details are collected and updated in the company’s software.
  • Responding to emails received from clients regarding queries on the account opening process.
  • Following the company’s Account Opening / KYC procedure for all potential and existing clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with the company’s anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.
  • Assisting internally all departments with any issues related to clients’ accounts.

 

Working hours: 17:00-02:00 / 00:00-09:00 shift rotation.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Back Office Administrator (Account opening) / KYC within a regulated environment will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written).
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and all other Microsoft office tools – Computer proficiency is a must.
  • Detail-oriented and focused.
  • Adaptable with a can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of professionalism and teamwork.
  • A willingness to learn.
  • Additional Languages will be considered as an advantage.
