For one of our partners – an international company – we are looking for an Account Manager with German and English.
Main Responsibilities:
- Active support of existing partners in the Value Added Distribution segment for the products of the manufacturer Dell Technologies.
- Comprehensive and solution-oriented advice and support for our customers on the phone.
- Development of long-term customer contacts.
- Being the direct contact person for partners for the entire Dell Technologies product portfolio
- Consulting for Dell Technologies products.
- Processing of the order process from order entry to delivery.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and German (B2-C1)
- Target-driven
- Experience in sales or support
- Advanced professional, effective telephone techniques and customer care
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Understanding the IT/distribution industry is an advantage
- Previous knowledge of working through the Sales Cycle in a similar organization is strongly recommended
