As a German-Speaking Support Expert, you’ll be the frontline ambassador for German-speaking customers, providing top-notch assistance and resolving inquiries promptly.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German
- Delivering precise and accurate information, resolving issues, and presenting effective solutions
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through friendly, efficient, and empathetic assistance
- Collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolutions
- Offering insights and suggestions to enhance our customer support methodologies and tools
Requirements:
- Proficient in both written and spoken German and English
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities
