Description

As a German-Speaking Support Expert, you’ll be the frontline ambassador for German-speaking customers, providing top-notch assistance and resolving inquiries promptly.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German
  • Delivering precise and accurate information, resolving issues, and presenting effective solutions
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through friendly, efficient, and empathetic assistance
  • Collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolutions
  • Offering insights and suggestions to enhance our customer support methodologies and tools

Requirements:

  • Proficient in both written and spoken German and English
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities
