We are pleased to present a key position in our client’s business – Field Sales Representative.
Our client is a subsidiary of a large and proven logistics group.
Your responsibilities:
- You build relationships with clients (SME)
- You identify new potential major customers through research and networking
- You deliver and generate new business clients for our Full Load Solutions in the assigned sales field, sales areas, based on our strategy and targets
- You enhance and enable profitable business retention in your sales area in close cooperation with the production and sales team in your country/cluster / other clusters
- You are the figurehead and networker at customer events, trade fairs and company events
- You create and execute a sales plan for the expansion of the customer portfolio in the sales area based on the budget and your personal targets
- You ensure sustainable growth in terms of volumes, revenue, and gross profit in your sales field
- You monitor, gather, and distribute market knowledge about competitors, capacities, pricing, and customers
- You keep the records about your sales activities up to date in the corporate CRM
- You coordinate your sales performance and report to Head of Sales and Business Development Full Load Solutions Cluster Southeast Europe
Requirements:
- Previous demonstrable experience in a Sales or similar role with a real focus on new sales and business development
- Proven sales track record of gaining new business and successfully working to and exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrable experience within Multimodal Logistics / Road freight sectors would be an advantage
- Proven experience in identifying, establishing, and developing new customers with a focus on a solutions-based approach to customer requirements
- Strong commercial focus and business acumen
- Fluent English
- Car driver’s license
