We are looking for new team member to join our client team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries regarding the client’s platform
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
- Help improve and optimize customer support workflows and processes
- Translate content between German and English for website, product, and knowledge base localization
- Take initiative in solving customer issues and proactively suggest enhancements to improve the overall customer experience
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both German and English, with excellent written communication skills
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
- Willingness to work in shifts, including occasional night shifts
- Comfortable providing support primarily through email-based communication
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, with most work done remotely from a home office
