Currently, they are looking for proactive and motivated professionals to join their multilingual team on the position: Account representative with Arabic (office based).
Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer services to retail and professional clients;
• Handle client inquiries in a timely and professional manner;
• Contact existing clients for retention and new leads for the purpose of acquiring new business;
• Promote the Company through educating clients with our products and services by attending exhibitions and seminars;
• Provide input to the Management for business and product development and participating in the definition of requirements.
Requirements:
• Experience of working in a commercial position it the financial services sector (Forex; brokerage, banking, investments, stock exchanges) will be an advantage
• Fluent Arabic speaker with excellent written skills;
• English language
• Keen and demonstrable interest in the FX, CFDs and the financial market in general would be an advantage;
• Highly organized and flexible in approach to work;
• Excellent customer service skills and able to demonstrate strong team-working skills;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to overcome sales objectives in communication to lead prospects.
• Undergraduate degree minimum – financial degree preferred
