For our client, financial services firm that offers a wide variety of products aimed at both individual and institutional investors – we are searching Account Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to growing company’s client base by reaching out to leads, guiding them through account setup, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
- Handle client inquiries via chat, phone, email, and Salesforce, providing quick and effective solutions to ensure satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, addressing their needs and offering exceptional support
- Assist in planning and executing Sales & Support strategies, offering insights to align with company goals
- Represent the company at international events, boosting brand visibility and engaging potential clients
- Develop expertise in marketing, social media, and event coordination, collaborating with teams to drive organizational success
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent in English with strong written skills
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Open to continuous learning and skill development
- Fluent in German or Malaysian
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce will be a plus
