For our client, financial services firm that offers a wide variety of products aimed at both individual and institutional investors – we are searching Account Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to growing company’s client base by reaching out to leads, guiding them through account setup, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
  • Handle client inquiries via chat, phone, email, and Salesforce, providing quick and effective solutions to ensure satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, addressing their needs and offering exceptional support
  •  Assist in planning and executing Sales & Support strategies, offering insights to align with company goals
  • Represent the company at international events, boosting brand visibility and engaging potential clients
  • Develop expertise in marketing, social media, and event coordination, collaborating with teams to drive organizational success

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English with strong written skills
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Open to continuous learning and skill development
  • Fluent in German or Malaysian
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce will be a plus
