The ideal candidate will be a talented in-house Affiliate Manager who will manage a portfolio of programs. Key Responsibilities: • Research and sign new affiliates • Lead all activation, payment, compliance, and communication to affiliates • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing affiliates by providing campaigns in line with their traffic • Analyse market standards of other programs • Develop, implement, and monitor initiatives to grow affiliate performance through marketing actions • Collaborate with internal teams to improve affiliate performance in terms of overall marketing, landing pages • Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations Requirements: • In-depth knowledge of the Affiliate marketing / Online advertising industry • Minimum of 3+ years of direct affiliate management experience • Strong knowledge of most common payment models like CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA • Fluency in English(B2-C1) • Good understanding of media metrics, tracking, and optimization • Excellent sales and negotiation skills • You are stress-resistant and result-oriented • Ability to work independently and as a team member The offer: • Competitive salary, internal bonuses related to the company business results, and other location-specific benefits • Additional health insurance and Multisport or Coolfit card • Standard working hours • Office based • Personal and professional development – paid external training, professional literature, and e-courses Global team – working with a motivated and talented international team Please send your CV in English!
