Description

We’re immediately hiring an Italian-speaking (with a proficient command of English as well) Support Associate for a quickly evolving company to handle customers’ requests.

What will you do:

  • Resolve customer queries effectively, efficiently, and quickly amplify the voice of the customer by escalating customer feedback and ideas for improvement
  • Impress customers with amazing brand knowledge and champion the brand at all times
  • Works expertly with systems (internal and external) to investigate and resolve customers’ queries accurately and quickly
  • Achieve key metrics, targets, and goals to ensure the highest level of service is delivered to customers & Deliver high-quality standards, personalize communications to customers to fit the customer’s individual style, brand values, and the required brand tone of voice
  • Communicate with customers via email, phone, live chat, and social media and Effectively manage personal performance, taking a proactive approach to continuous personal development and improvement
  • Take ownership of resolving a customer query and deliver on promises, ensuring the customer is kept informed and a positive resolution is achieved in the shortest timeframe possible

Requirements:

  • Previous working experience within a customer service environment and experience in a multinational environment
  • Absolutely fluent level of Italian language – both written and verbal
  • Excellent English language skills (B2+)
  • Excellent knowledge and use of  MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and customer care skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as accuracy and attention to details
  • Ability to work under targets and with deadlines, Initiative, and a willingness to learn
  • Strong time management/prioritization skills and multi-tasking ability
