Main Responsibilities:
– Perform administrative duties in accounting
– Manage payroll processes
– Handle accounts payables
– Oversee accounts receivables
– Manage expense tracking and reporting
– Conduct cash management tasks
– Prepare financial forecasts
– Generate monthly financial reports
– Perform financial analysis and provide insights
Skills and Qualification:
Must have
– Good command of Google Sheets and Excel
– Understanding of accounting principles and procedures
– Experience in preparing financial reports and analysis
– Knowledge of payroll administration
– Ability to work under pressure
– Great eye for details
– Adaptive team player
– Problem-solving attitude
Nice to have
– Payroll administration knowledge will be taken as an advantage
