Description

We are seeking a Financial Planner and Analyst to join our client’s team in Sofia!

Main responsibilities:

  • You regularly analyze the performance of the business units in your scope
  • You target the priorities of your business units with the regional leader
  • You support entities in taking market share in order to generate sustainable growth in resources (turnover and margin)
  • You support the optimization of PnL costs (net margin, staff costs, building costs, and overhead costs)
  • You lead the efficiency and value creation of assets (stocks fixed assets) within your scope
  • You regularly follow the key indicators of your scope (TO, Gross Result, Profitability…) and suggest various levers for improving them
  • You have an advisory role: before any implementation, you enlighten the operational staff on the impact of the decisions they wish to make
  • You work in synergy with the experts of your perimeter (Accounting team, Operational leader, Human leader, Expansion leader…)
  • You support each entity in writing a realistic and ambitious budget consistent with the company’s strategy and the local project
  • In the short and medium term, you work on the relevance, reliability, and accuracy of the forecast
  • You have the role of alert to guarantee the achievement of the budget of your perimeter. You bring out, obtain, and ensure the follow-up of action plans

Requirements:

  • University degree in Economics
  • Fluent in English and Bulgarian language
  • Previous experience in a relevant role
  • Financial analysis skills and strategic partnering with business units
  • Business knowledge
  • Financial planning and modeling
  • Planning and forecasting tools knowledge
  • Data analytics skills
  • Business Process Improvement
  • Accounting knowledge
  • Responsible, dynamic personality with good people skills
