Sales Operations Coordinator

About the position:

• Efficiently process customer orders from start to finish, preparing all necessary paperwork and coordinating communication within the sales department
• Monitor and update status of orders through all stages of production and delivery, ensuring timely and accurate delivery performance to customers
• Work closely with production and logistics teams to identify and resolve potential delays or issues
• Update and maintain CRM/ERP systems (such as Zeron, HubSpot) with accurate order information, customer communication and any changes to products or delivery times
• Preparation of contracts, offers, presentations and reports
• Coordinating with departments (logistics, finance, design) to meet deadlines, budget and quality of execution
• Проактивно идентифициране и решаване на проблеми, свързани с изпълнението на поръчките или удовлетвореността на клиентите

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative and sales experience. Experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting deadlines is an asset
• Bachelor Degree
• Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload effectively and maintain high organizational effectiveness
• Good communication skills – written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with teams and clients
• Fluency in English is a must – both written and spoken
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems such as Zeron, HubSpot or similar platforms is an advantage
