Position Overview:

They are seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Consultant to join their team and contribute to their mission of delivering exceptional technical solutions.
As a Senior Network Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert-level consultation and support in the areas of routing, switching, Wi-Fi, and network security. With over 15 years of experience in the field, you will have a deep understanding of network infrastructure and be capable of performing comprehensive assessments and documenting current network landscapes. You will also be adept at implementing complex migrations, leveraging your experience with CISCO, HP, Aruba, and Palo Alto technologies.
Description of the role:
- Conduct network infrastructure assessments and document current network landscapes.
- Design and implement solutions in routing, switching, Wi-Fi, and network security.
- Lead and execute complicated migration projects with precision and efficiency.
- Provide expert-level consultation and support to clients on network-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Travel up to 25% of working time to client sites as required.
Needed qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in networking with a focus on routing, switching, Wi-Fi, and network security.
- Proven experience in performing network infrastructure assessments and documentation.
- Expertise in implementing complex migrations with proficiency in CISCO, HP, Aruba, and Palo Alto technologies.
- Willingness to learn, explore, and dare to challenge the status quo.
- Strong understanding of cloud and infrastructure technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent English skills – written and spoken.
- German language skills are a significant advantage.
