It’s Time to Turn That Dream Job Into Reality! We’re hiring a French speaking Support Specialist for a quickly-evolving company to handle customers’ requests.


You will be able to:

  • Provide support to the customers via phone, email or chat
  • Use a computer to navigate various screens to help the customer
  • Recommend new products or services to customers

What you need: 

  • Fluency in French
  • Very good level of English (B2+)
  • Customer service experience will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Great analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Computer literacy
