You will :
- Communicate with clients via phone, chat, e-mail and social media
- Provide accurate information and quality service
- Work with CRM system
What we need:
- Excellent language skills in French (B2-C1)
- Very good level of English (B1 – B2)
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Multi-tasking and organizational skills
