Our client is an International BPO Company currently looking for bilingual French and English speaking Account Manager for their office in Sofia. This is an excellent opportunity for people with excellent business communication skills a passion for Sales and new technologies and of course – high motivation for career growth and development.

Tasks and activities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for customers from onboarding, to monthly calls, to product feedback;
  • Build relationships with their contacts and understand customers’ business goals;
  • Identify opportunities where their services can make a meaningful difference in the client’s success;
  • Deliver regular reports and insights to customers as well as promote new products;
  • Work with different departments in the company to ensure smooth handoffs and clear communication.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French – both written and spoken;
  • Fluency in English – both written and spoken;
  • Previous B2B Sales Experience;
  • Extended theoretical knowledge of latest IT technologies;
  • Business communication skills;
  • Organization skills;
  • Innovative, dynamic and target-driven person.
