• Support an international network of Institutional clients
• Customer service and daily correspondence with clients via emails, phone, chat
• Perform routine operational transactions such as payments, deposits, withdrawals, etc.
• Activate and maintain client accounts
• Synchronize with other internal departments to cater to the needs of the institutional clients of the company
• Fluency in English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous customer service experience would be an advantage
• Strong Excel skill
• Detail-oriented and able to determine priorities
• Team player willing to work in a friendly international environment
