We are looking for Chat Support Representatives with either Spanish, Italian or German for one of our clients.
The CSR will be part of an international team and will be acting as the first point of contact for customers. If you have a very good level of Spanish, Italian or German and you have good communication skills – you can apply with us and we will give you all our assistance along the way.
• Handling customers accounts, solving account problems and providing information via emails, online chat, and very limited use of telephone
• Proactive communication with customers and increasing customer retention and value.
• Excellent Spanish,Italian or German – verbal and written
• Very good English – verbal and written
• Previous working experience as a customer support representative is considered a big advantage
• Great communication skills, flexible and reliable
• Ability to work on shifts (including nights and weekends)
• Any other language is an advantage
