• Provide clients with service through email, chat and phone
• Offer the services of the company to existing and new customers
• Provide resources and solutions to improve client’s experience and results
• Be a team player and synchronize with other internal departments to cater to the needs of the clients
• Fluent English (C1)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills is a must
• Prior experience in the Customer Support field
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Problem solving skills
• Experience or interest in the financial market
