Our client is an international company currently looking for French-speaking Customer Advisors for their offices in Sofia, Bulgaria.
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the many projects of the company and have the ability to develop and progress within a fast-growing new team.
The core activity involves:
- Receipt of customer issues by phone, e-mail or chat, and creation or update of Service Requests.
- Using empathy/positive language when answering client’s questions.
- Provide information that your customer may require at a later stage.
- Ability to communicate freely in French.
- A working level in English (B1 – C1).
- Good typing and general IT skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help others.
- Previous customer handling or facing experience will be a plus.
- Ability to represent a client’s brand and deliver outstanding service with clarity, passion and enthusiasm.
- Experience of migrating from one country or region to another is a plus (for candidates from abroad or other cities).
