For our customer, a BPO and ITO company, we are looking for an Inside Sales Account Representative.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate commitment to consultative sales in service of client goals
- Manage a portfolio of advertisers of small to medium-sized businesses to grow revenue with higher product savviness
- Research and discover a fundamental understanding of market industry and client business models
- Identify sales opportunities and provide clients with tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Personalize client recommendations to suit varying needs
- Improve clients’ experiences by consulting on optimal and appropriate product adoption
- Proactively outreach and reactively engage with clients over the phone and via email to frequently assess product performance and provide insights to optimize their advertisements and increase their investments
- Expectation is to be consistent in exceeding your quarterly targets through high-volume outbound calling. Understanding customers’ business and advertising goals to capture and build market intelligence
- Develop expert working knowledge of Social Media advertising solutions and what impacts performance, identify trends and solve problems
- Share ideas to improve ad products and the customer experience
Requirements:
- 1+ years of sales experience required
- Fluency in Hungarian, French, Romanian, Russian or Italian(B2/C1/C2)
- Minimum B1/B2 in English
- Good computer literacy
- Excellent presentation and sales skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of professionalism and teamwork
- A willingness to learn
