Our client is a publicly traded company on NASDAQ, providing an online trading platform for financial services offered to different customers worldwide.  The perfect candidate is open-minded and highly motivated and is always ready for the next challenge.

Responsibilities:

•  Keeping up to date with Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements
•  Daily administration and support of Salesforce DB
•  Creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies and Salesforce configuration
•  Working closely with clients (troubleshooting incl.) to ensure Salesforce meet their requirements
•  Assist with testing Apex development
•  Analyze Business requirements, procedures and provide solutions
•  Train new and existing users on how to run reports and dashboards

Required skills and experience:

•  1+ year experience with Salesforce or other CRM
•  Troubleshooting and technical support skills
•  Fluency in English – both written and spoken is a must
•  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
•  Detail-orientated
•  Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal
•  Ability to work on flexible shifts
