Our client is a tech company that develops an iGaming platform specializing in web- and mobile-based scratch and slot games. They operate four art design studios, releasing new games biweekly, and developed 41 games last year. With over 300 professionals, they offer complete services from design to testing, providing customized solutions for online scratch cards, slots, and lottery games. Their goal is to deliver high-quality services and innovative gaming experiences to partners and end users.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Support Talend ETL Packages:
– Create new ETL packages using Talend.
– Provide ongoing production support for existing Talend ETL processes. - Data Pipeline Management:
– Engage in data modeling and process design.
– Architect the overall data pipeline to ensure efficient data flow and processing. - Data Quality Monitoring:
– Implement and maintain systems and processes to monitor data quality.
– Ensure production data is accurate and readily available for stakeholders and business processes. - Technical Support and Mentorship:
– Provide mentorship and technical coaching to the development team.
– Conduct code reviews and assist in overcoming technical roadblocks.
Desired Qualifications:
- SQL Expertise:
– At least 5 years of experience in SQL programming.
– Proficiency in enhancing SQL performance. - ETL/Database Development Experience:
– Extensive experience with ETL, backend, and database development.
– Familiarity with large-scale database systems or big data systems like BigQuery. - Talend or SSIS Proficiency:
– Significant experience using Talend or SSIS for ETL development.
– Skills in designing, developing, and maintaining Talend workflows and mappings using appropriate data load techniques.
