Our client offers services in corporate management, administration, compliance, fund, structured finance and corporate expansion.
Job Duties:
– Maintaining the financial administrations, including but not limited to preparation and review of
monthly and quarterly reports, including analysis on variances, cash flows and working capital
reports;
– Analyze financial data in order to create client-specific reporting;
– Preparation of statutory annual financial statements (local GAAP/ IFRS), periodic financial reports,
NAV reports, budgets and cash flow statements;
– Cash management including management of bank accounts and payment instructions;
– Monitor transactions of our client and their structures, cash management including management
of bank accounts and payment instructions;
– Assist with local audit processes and resolving audit queries to ensure that audits are completed
on time;
– Maintain contact and cooperate closely with colleagues from Luxembourg, the Netherlands and
Singapore;
– Maintain an organized planning of work to ensure timely and accurate completion of agreed
deliverables;
– Optimizing and aligning operational procedures and checklists (e.g. ISAE 3402), including system
enhancements to maximize the efficiency of the accounts production process and client
experience;
– Work closely with all business partners to ensure compliance with processes that will facilitate
timely processing of operations; and
– Other miscellaneous finance and administrative tasks appropriate to the role and business
requirements
Qualifications:
– A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent;
– Min. 3 years of relevant work experience in (fund) accounting within the financial or corporate service industry;
– Knowledge of PFS-Paxus is a pre (fund accounting and administration system);
– Outstanding organizational, analytical and communication skills;
– Quality focused, business-minded with the ability to deliver excellent service to our clients and internal stakeholders;
– Willingness to develop professional skills in an international environment;
– Fluent in English (both orally and in writing);
– Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a part of a team; and
– Strong sense of responsibility.
