Our BPO recruitment team is the cornerstone of our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring that our clients have the right professionals to drive efficiency and excellence in their outsourcing operations. We are seeking a motivated BPO Recruitment Specialist to join our team and help us build a diverse and capable workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively source and attract qualified candidates for a variety of BPO roles through diverse recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, industry events, and referrals.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for a range of BPO positions.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Forge strong relationships with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their specific BPO staffing requirements and provide expert guidance on candidate selection.
  • Interview Coordination: Skillfully schedule and manage interviews, skills assessments, and other evaluation processes, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Candidate Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing consistent communication throughout the recruitment process and delivering timely feedback.
  • Business communication: Comprehend the client’s needs and adeptly convey them into actionable directives for the internal team, ensuring seamless alignment between the client’s expectations and the team’s execution.
  • Industry Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in BPO recruitment to make well-informed hiring decisions.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to management.

Qualifications:

  • Sales and business communication skills;
  • Еxcellent English and Bulgarian language skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) – advantage;
  • We welcome candidates with up to 2 years of experience in recruitment, call center, or a related role. Still, we’re also enthusiastic about training individuals who may not have prior experience yet possess a strong willingness to learn and are a fit for our company culture;
  • Familiarity with a wide range of BPO positions, including manufacturing technicians, customer service representatives, finance specialists, marketing coordinators, and more;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities;
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software – advantage;
  • A commitment to diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.
