Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and customer success team.
- Drive B2B sales through outbound initiatives and digital marketing campaigns.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with branding and promotional strategies.
The Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in B2B sales, particularly in outbound and digital sales strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly tech-savvy, with experience using CRM software.
- Experience in customer success/support is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools for lead generation and customer data analysis.
