Our client – a fast-growing marketing and web development company based in the United States – is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with WordPress to join their team! The position could be fully remote!
About the role:
You’ll be more than just a technical expert as a Senior Developer. You’ll be a problem solver, a consultant, and a constant learner. You’ll play a crucial role in projects, converting stunning web designs into functional, top-notch websites in line with project specifications and standards. Maintenance and assistance with ongoing work on the websites we build will also be key tasks, ensuring our customers’ sites remain secure and up-to-date.
Who We Are Looking For:
- 3-5+ years of web development programming experience.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (jQuery), PHP, and WordPress (WooCommerce).
- Write clean, consistent, well-organized, maintainable, and easy-to-read code.
- Experience with the Advanced Custom Fields library.
- Experience with creating animations for the web with CSS3 and external libraries like ScrollMagic, GSAP, or similar.
- Experience with integrating third-party APIs.
- Experience with version control systems – Git.
- Experience with web hosting platforms.
- Deep understanding of the best practices in web development.
- Having strong technical troubleshooting skills and comfort to tackle problems as they arise.
- Strong work ethics and responsibility.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Upper-intermediate English – both written and verbal.
- Passion for helping others and creating positive support experience.
- Have a strong attention to details and a healthy dose of perfectionism.
- Proactive individual, willing to learn and grow with our company.
