Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive technical information about the company’s systems.
- Deliver technical support through both phone and email channels.
- Collaborate with clients, addressing their needs both remotely and on-site.
- Engage in strategic and operational project planning.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting for system-related issues.
- Travelling abroad
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or completed secondary education in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Proficient in both verbal and written English.
- Strong AutoCAD skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and acquire knowledge in evolving technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude towards assisting others.
- Technical mindset.
